Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. To ensure fairness to both our clients and team, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled appointment will be accepted without penalty. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time — including no-shows — will be charged in full.
