Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to both our clients and team, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled appointment will be accepted without penalty. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time — including no-shows — will be charged in full.
