CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
Our 2025 #ForThePeople Series Confronts the Realities of Injustice and Amplifies Voices Too Often Silenced
We want nonfiction, poetry, and visual work that does not turn away. Bring us the border raids at dawn, the children torn from their parents, the bombs that flatten homes in Gaza, and the protests silenced with batons and tear gas. Show us the workers pushed past exhaustion for wages that cannot sustain them, the families who lose everything to corrupt systems, and the fear of speaking out when the cost could be prison or deportation. Capture the weight of injustice as it lands on real people and the ways survival leaves scars that do not fade. We want the truth written plainly and powerfully, so that no one can claim they did not know.
